Employees can register until Friday, October 10th, for the VDL Party on Saturday, November 1st, and until Friday, October 31st, for the Winter Efteling on Sunday, November 16th.

VDL has a limited number of tickets available for Winter Efteling. Want to be there? Order your tickets early to avoid disappointment. Need extra tickets? You can do so through Efteling itself, but even there, it's limited!

You are allowed to bring one guest. The minimum age for the VDL Party is 16 years. The Winter Efteling is accessible to everyone. When registering you can indicate whether you would like to bring a guest.

Yes, you can download your ticket(s) on your phone. Make sure the brightness of your screen is set to maximum when you are at the entrance.

To enter, you must bring your entrance ticket(s), which you will receive in your mailbox approximately one week in advance. You must also bring a valid ID (passport, ID card, driver's license). Don't forget this one. You will not be granted access without entrance tickets and a valid ID.

Employees and their guests who are registered for the VDL Day at Winter Efteling will receive an additional balance credit when their tickets are sent. This balance credit is worth €40.00 and can be used via the QR code on the ticket. The balance credit can only be used on Sunday, November 16th, 2025.

You can pay with the QR code at all catering facilities that have a card payment terminal. The QR code cannot be used at the restaurant ‘Panorama Self-service’ (La Place). You can also use this QR code in the gift shops.

Additionally, you are always free to bring your own food or drinks.

Your entrance ticket also contains a QR code with a balance credit worth € 40.00. You can use this for food & drinks or to buy a souvenir, for example. The balance credit is only valid on the chosen day and can only be spent at catering points (except Kashba / La Place), souvenir shops and photo points.

If any amount remains, it will be divided fairly between two charities: Villa Pardoes and the VDL Foundation.

No, there is no central area where all VDL employees gather.

There are no additional artists booked for these days. The Efteling provides special entertainment during Winter Efteling.

Your admission ticket for the park also serves as your parking ticket. Keep it safe once you are inside the park. When you are leaving, you can scan the barcode of the physical ticket (or your phone with the digital ticket) at the exit barriers of the parking lot. The barrier will open, and you can exit the premises.

If you are arriving in multiple cars, no problem. Each admission ticket is also a unique parking ticket and can be used once to exit during the VDL day at Winter Efteling.
