This is an event by VDL Groep, located at Hoevenweg 1, 5652 AW in Eindhoven. The following conditions apply:

Article 1 - What does the event consist of?
The event consists of registering for one of the two organzed events, namely:
- VDL Party at N.H. Koningshof on Saturday, November 7th, 2026.
- VDL day at the Winter Efteling Saturday, November 21, 2026 or Sunday, November 22, 2026.

• An employee or temporary worker may choose only one event. Otherwise, they cannot proceed.
• An employee or temporary worker may select a maximum of 2 tickets for one event.
• The maximum number of tickets allowed is 2.

Article 2 - Rules
1. You can only register during the specified registration periods. View FAQ's.
2. If you still want to choose a different event, you can first unregister via the button in the confirmation email. After that, you can register again with your details for another event. This can be done up to and including the final registration date. After this date, you can still unregister but no longer register.
3. To ensure the smooth organization of both events and to avoid unnecessary costs, we have a no-show policy. If you register but do not show up without timely cancellation, €25.00 per person will be deducted from your salary. This amount will be donated to the VDL Foundation as compensation for the costs incurred.
4. Employees can register for the VDL Party on Saturday, November 7, and for Winter Efteling on Saturday, November 21 or Sunday, November 22, until Friday, October 16, and until Friday, October 30.

Article 3 - Liability and Indemnification
1. You acknowledge that participation in the event is at your own risk.
2. VDL Groep is not liable for direct or indirect damages related to the event, including but not limited to:
• Changes, interruptions, or termination of the event;
• Unlawful use of our systems by a third party.
3. Regarding a visit to Efteling, the conditions of Efteling apply. Please refer to: https://www.efteling.com/en/terms-and-conditions

Article 4 - Rights of VDL Groep
1. VDL Groep has the right to move the event without prior notice. In such cases, no claim for compensation can be made.
2. VDL Groep reserves the right to take photos and/or videos during the events for promotion and publication on social media, print materials, and the VDL website.
3. VDL Groep reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions during the event.
