This is an event by VDL Groep, located at Hoevenweg 1, 5652 AW in Eindhoven. The following conditions apply:

Article 1 - What does the event consist of?
The event consists of registering for one of the two organized events, namely:
- VDL Party at N.H. Koningshof on Saturday, November 9th, 2024.
- VDL day at the Winter Efteling on Sunday, November 17th, 2024.

• An employee or temporary worker may choose only one event. Otherwise, they cannot proceed.
• An employee or temporary worker may select a maximum of 2 tickets for one event.
• The maximum number of tickets allowed is 2.

Article 2 - Rules
1. You can only register during the specified registration periods. View FAQ's.
2. Once you have placed a final registration, you cannot modify it. Cancellation is possible.

Article 3 - Liability and Indemnification
1. You acknowledge that participation in the event is at your own risk.
2. VDL Groep is not liable for direct or indirect damages related to the event, including but not limited to:
• Changes, interruptions, or termination of the event;
• Unlawful use of our systems by a third party.
3. Regarding a visit to Efteling, the conditions of Efteling apply. Please refer to: https://www.efteling.com/en/terms-and-conditions

Article 4 - Rights of VDL Groep
1. VDL Groep has the right to move the event without prior notice. In such cases, no claim for compensation can be made.
2. VDL Groep reserves the right to take photos and/or videos during the events for promotion and publication on social media, print materials, and the VDL website.
3. VDL Groep reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions during the event.
